Before you submit your trailer, please carefully read these official terms and conditions.

By submitting a trailer to this site you agree to be bound by these terms.

Unfaithful trailer is not a competition. The crew will choose a trailer according to its own selction criterion. Each entrant must supply a valid email address when they submit their trailer.

You (the Entrant) hereby agree, confirm, represent and warrant that:

1. all rights in and to any trailer versions of the film Unfaithful created by the Entrant shall be owned by claude pérès and to the extent necessary the Entrant hereby assigns all rights in the trailer of Unfaithful to claude pérès throughout the World for the full life of copyright and any and all extensions and renewals thereof. If requested by claude pérès, the Entrant shall complete and sign a formal assignment of copyright to give effect to the foregoing;

2. claude pérès will be registered and credited as the sole director and producer of the movie Unfaithful in the trailer created by the Entrant;

3. the Entrant will not acquire a copyright interest in the film Unfaithful by virtue of creating a trailer of the film;

4. the Entrant will not use any other elements of the excerpts of the film Unfaithful otherwise than to create a trailer of the film for entry into Unfaithful trailer;

5 . the trailer of the film Unfaithful do not incorporate other materials which are subject to third party proprietary rights or otherwise infringe the rights of any third party;

6. the trailers of the film unfaithful are not obscene, defamatory, libelous, threatening, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or encouraging of conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, gives rise to civil liability, or violate any law;

7. the Entrant will not exploit, or allow others to exploit, the trailers of the film Unfaithful created by the Entrant without seeking the prior approval of Claude Pérès. Accordingly, if the Entrant wishes to use their trailer outside of this Promotion they should send full details to: postmaster@unfaithful-themovie.com ; and

8. by submitting trailer to Unfaithful trailers, the Entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Claude Pérès from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of such trailers or Entrant’s participation in the promotion.

In submitting trailers to Unfaithful trailers the Entrant confirms and warrants that they have full power and authority to enter into this agreement and hereby indemnify Claude Pérès from and against any and all costs and damages incurred as a result of any breach of the representations and warranties made by the Entrant herein.

Claude Pérès shall not commercially exploit the trailer created by the Entrant without consulting with the Entrant prior to such commercial exploitation.

Unfaithfulthemovie.com reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to remove trailers from the website that it deems offensive or inappropriate and/or trailers that breach any of the above terms and conditions.
